Eligibility

• Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years and above.
• By signing up for membership, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

Membership Duration

• The membership is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Membership will automatically expire after unless renewed.

Membership Fees

• The Annual Membership fee is ₹500 (inclusive of all taxes).
• Membership fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, except in the case of cancellation by Simply Basics.

Payment

• Payment for membership can be made via credit/debit card, UPI, or other payment gateways provided by Simply Basics.
• All payments are processed through secure gateways, and Simply Basics does not store any payment information.

Renewal

• A reminder will be sent to members one month prior to the membership expiry date.
• Members can renew their membership for the same annual fee or as updated at the time of renewal.
• Renewal is not automatic unless opted for at the time of initial sign-up.

Termination and Cancellation

• Simply Basics reserves the right to terminate membership if a member is found to be in violation of any terms or misuses membership benefits.
• Membership may also be canceled by Simply Basics if the company discontinues the program.
• Members can cancel their membership at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining period.

Use of Membership

• Simply Basics reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Significant changes will be communicated via email or posted on our official website.

Privacy

• Personal information collected during membership sign-up will be used solely for providing membership services.
• Simply Basics complies with data protection laws and will not share personal information with third parties without consent.
